Simple Shot Media ("we") provides real estate photography services in Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect through simpleshotmedia.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you book a shoot through our scheduling forms (powered by Calendly), we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and appointment details.
- Email correspondence. If you email us at info@simpleshotmedia.com, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics pixels, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Third-party services
- Calendly processes bookings on our behalf and sets its own cookies when you use the booking calendar. Their handling of your data is described in the Calendly privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which involves your browser sending your IP address to Google's servers.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
How we use your information
We use booking information to schedule your shoot, send confirmations and reminders by email and text, deliver your photo gallery, and respond to your questions. That's it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@simpleshotmedia.com. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other websites, so we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to opt out of.
