Terms of Service

Effective August 6, 2026

These terms cover bookings made with Simple Shot Media through simpleshotmedia.com. Booking a shoot means you agree to them.

Booking and pricing

Your booking request is confirmed by email or text along with the final price, which is based on the property's size, location, and package. Pricing shown on this site is an estimate until confirmed. Price is always confirmed before the shoot, never after.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or a photographer arriving to a property we cannot access, may incur a trip fee.

The shoot

You are responsible for making sure the property is accessible at the scheduled time and photo-ready. We photograph the home as it is on arrival; prep tips are included with your confirmation.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of your photo gallery unless we've arranged otherwise in writing.

Photo delivery and usage rights

Galleries are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Simple Shot Media retains the copyright in all images. Your booking includes a license to use the delivered photos to market the photographed property: MLS, listing portals, social media, print marketing, and related listing promotion. The license covers the listing and its agent and brokerage, and does not transfer if the photos are resold or reused for unrelated purposes. We may use delivered photos in our own portfolio and marketing; if you'd prefer we not use photos from your shoot, email us and we'll exclude them.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a shoot is limited to the amount you paid for that shoot. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or events outside our control; in those cases we'll reschedule promptly.

Virtually altered images

Some deliverables (virtual twilight, virtual staging, sky enhancement) are digitally edited. California law may require disclosure when materially altered images are used in listings; complying with any listing-disclosure requirements is the responsibility of the listing agent.
